Thanks for visiting!!

Jessica and Jacob

We are here in the mountains visiting family and I couldn’t wait to do Jessica and Jacob’s senior session. They are twins and just graduated from high school last week. I always get excited when I get to shoot at a new location. We chose to stay close to their home on the farm and I’m so happy we did because it was such breathtaking scenery! Jacob drove us around on the mule all over the farm and every few minutes I yelled “stop, this is perfect!” So many awesome spots to shoot at! I wish I could take it all back with me to NC. Jessica and Jacob were so excited to have their session done and brought a few props with them, which I LOVE! They are both very involved in 4H, as you can see, and Jessica can’t live without her cell. She is a girl after my own heart! So here they are! Thanks Jessica and Jacob for allowing me to be a part of this special occasion! I had a blast!

Dream Albums and Boxes

Clients are always asking us what albums we offer. Well, we offer several types. The possibilities are really limitless. Along with Finao and Cypress albums, we offer the Dream album. Here are just a few images of these gorgeous albums and presentation boxes. I love these for family sessions! They are, well…. dreamy!

Smile.

I’ll admit it, every once in a while….well, quite often, I wake up on the WRONG side of the bed. I’m just not in the mood to face the day. Even if I have a fun day planned, sometimes I feel that way. I can’t help it. We all get like this sometimes. So it’s important to remember not to take life so seriously and just have a good chuckle. I saw this video this morning and it made me smile really big so I thought I’d share it with all of you.

Isaac and Holden

I always have a great time photographing these adorable boys! Their parents are good friends of ours and I always get excited when they ask me to do their pictures! Isaac and Holden are the sweetest boys in the world and I just love them to death! I headed out their house and captured these images. The honeysuckles are in bloom right now and they loved drinking the sweet juice. It took me way back to my childhood and brought back memories. I had a great time!

Aren’t these outfits adorable??

Victoria and Dania

I have known Victoria for several years now. She is always such a bright light to be around. Whenever I see her, she runs up to me, gives me a big hug and asks how I am and tells me she loves me. She is mature beyond her years and I feel so blessed to have her in my life!

So when she asked if I would take her and her friend’s prom pictures, I was so excited! I knew her friend would be as sweet and beautiful as she is and I was right! Dania was smiling from the time I met her until the time I left. She is such a kind and sweet person!

Victoria and Dania, thanks so much for allowing us to photograph you on one of the most important and memorable days of your lives! We had a blast! Aren’t these girls beautiful?

The Massai Family

I was so excited when the Massai family contacted me to come out and photograph them right after their beautiful baby boy was born. They are such a sweet family and are so laid back. They truly made me feel welcome in their home. I love going to people’s homes to do their family shoots. It’s makes it so much more personable and special! I feel so honored to be able to capture some precious memories for this beautiful family!

Thanks Massai family for being so awesome!

The Agurs Family

I have known Stephanie for a very long time now, since we were 11 years old. She is one of my oldest and dearest friends. No matter what happens, I know that she will always be there for me. She is such a beautiful and caring person and I treasure our friendship. Anyone who can put up with me as long as Stephanie has must really love me!

So you can imagine how excited I was to have the opportunity to photograph her beautiful family! Her husband is one of the nicest, most genuine men I’ve ever met and her little girl is sooooo adorable. Olivia and her get along so well and love playing together. I’m so proud of Stephanie, she will be graduating with honors from college next month and will go on to become a kindergarten teacher. She took the time to show me some of the lessons she’s been doing with the kids in her class and I was so impressed! Any child who will be in her class will be very blessed to say the least!

We headed out to their home and had some fun! Aren’t they a beautiful family? Thanks Agurs family for allowing me to be a part of your family and preparing a wonderful dinner too! I had a blast!

The Walker Family

The Walker family is a very special family. We have known them for a while now and they are just the most caring and sweet family! I was so excited and honored to be able to go out to their home and capture some images of them! The girls were posin’ up a storm for me! I had such a great time!

Aren’t they beautiful?

The Caudle Family

Sara-anne is one of the sweetest and most genuine people I have ever met, not to mention an awesome photographer! I have known Sara-anne for a while now, but we had yet to meet in person. So I was so honored when she asked if I would photograph her beautiful family! I have to admit, I get a little nervous when I photograph other photographers, but Sara-anne made it so easy. Her children are adorable and of course knew exactly what to do. They’ve had lots of practice!

Thanks Caudle family for allowing me to photograph you! I had so much fun!
